• How much do you charge for alterations?

  Due to the unique nature of each garment and alteration request, we do not have a standard pricing list for our services. Our prices vary depending on the specific alterations required and the type of garment being altered. To provide an accurate quote, we would need to assess your garment in person by our experts at one of our outlets.

• Do I need an appointment for alterations?

  No, appointments are not necessary. You can bring your garment to your nearest Aldoby outlet during our operating hours. To avoid longer wait times, we recommend avoiding our peak periods during lunch and dinner hours. Our team is committed to providing timely service to all our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us to serve you better.

• Do you offer same-day alterations?

  Yes, for simple alterations, for example, but not limited to button, name tag and school badge sewing. However, depending on our backlog, we may be able to handle certain alterations with our express alteration services with minimal additional charges.

• What is Express Alteration Service?

  Express Alteration Service is available at all Aldoby outlets for certain garments. Please note that “express” does not necessarily mean that your alteration can be done faster than our standard service. It simply means that we will prioritise the alteration of your garment in our queue and complete it as soon as possible.

• What types of garments do Aldoby alter?

  Aldoby provides many alteration services which include but are not limited to:

• How long will it take to complete my alterations?

  The time frame for alterations varies depending on the extent of the alterations required. The typical alteration lead time is 7 days with an exception for simple alterations and express alterations (upon request + minimal additional fees). Otherwise, especially during festive seasons, we will provide you with a realistic time frame for completion and keep you informed of any delays.

• How does your Dry Cleaning service work?

  Since our outlets are located in shopping malls, we transport the garments to our central laundry center, where our dry cleaning personnel handle the washing process. Before washing, we thoroughly inspect each garment to ensure its condition and identify any issues. If we notice any problems that might affect the washing process, we will contact you and discuss the available options. For instance, we might inform you that certain types of stains are challenging to remove, and suggest alternative solutions to address the issue. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible and ensure your satisfaction with the cleaning results.
