I don't normally write long reviews, but I think this place deserves a special mention. I had 3 shirts that needed their sleeves altered - one of which I was hoping to have done for an upcoming trip in two days. After being turned down by several shops in Mont Kiara where I live due to Lunar New Year closures or backlog, I decided to venture a little further and called Aldoby's 1Utama location based on their stellar Google reviews. Ms. Leong picked up the phone and told me she would be able to get started on them, but would likely need a week before I could retrieve them. Upon dropping them off, I explained my situation and she graciously told me that despite the backlog from the CNY break, she could scramble to have one of them completed by the evening the next day. This was great news! At least I would now would have one of them ready to wear on my trip. The next day rolls around and I received a call shortly past noon from Miss Leong for pickup. To my pleasant surprise, she told me that ALL THREE of them were ready for collection! These were all done within of 24 hours of dropping them off! I can't say enough good things about this place. Despite being a 15-20 minute drive (versus a 2 minute walk to the closest alterations shop), I will 100% be returning and recommend anyone that is considering to have their alterations done here to look no further. p.s: Thanks again aunty, and sorry for leaving my receipt at home on collection!

Great service. Quick and easy

Currently one of the best alteration/tailoring shops I've been to, as the shop owners have a high standard towards the quality of their workmanship. Definitely would go back again in the future.
